Hydraulic Axles, SPMTs & Powerpacks
Prism and its associates own SPMTs and modular hydraulic axles with more than 400 lines having loading capacity of up to 45 tons per axle line. Each module can be fitted with its own engine and control (steering) system. The modules can be connected side-by-side and/or head-to-tail, to form large ‘platforms on wheels. SPMT’s have the possibility of 360 degree steering of the wheels. This allows carrousel and sideway movements. Their deck height can hydraulically be adjusted by approximately 60 cm., enabling vertical lifting or lowering of the load. Due to their variety of combinations, our SPMTs can lift and move virtually every heavy load. These trailers are mainly used for on-site transportation over limited distances.

Mechanical Trailers
Pure muscle is what the Premier long -flatbed trailers by Prism are able to deliver. Whether you are hauling machinery, construction materials or hay bales, each trailer is engineered with robust capacities you can rely on. The combination of steel and aluminum construction is composed of a one-piece high-quality steel main beam, a strong aluminum floor with a patented side rail design and many more aluminum components that provide very beneficial weight savings. Prism has seriously reduced corrosion by taking industry leading steps to lengthen the life and add to the value of both the flatbed and drop deck trailers. The flatbed trailers allow for upto 80 feet of load space adds drive-on equipment loading versatility even to long cargoes such as Railway tracks.

Pullers
Our pullers are powered by engines designed to ensure excellent driving characteristics, high reliability and excellent fuel efficiency. The engine’s power is available virtually from idling speed, which ensures excellent starting traction. This power stays with you throughout and maximum torque is available high up the rev range. A wide economic speed range of 1050-1600 rpm helps to get the maximum fuel efficiency. The new Volvo FM, Scania 600 HP is strong where it counts – on its individual axles. Also, the puller’s 14-speed splitter-range gearbox VT2514B, matched perfectly to the fitted D13A520 engine’s characteristics. Close and well-balanced ratios make it easy for the truck to climb steep gradients and facilitate smooth acceleration.

Accessories
Prism Logistics operate an extensive fleet of accessories to execute movement of over dimensional cargoes in an efficient manner. The girder beams allows cargo height to be maximised but still maintaining a manoeuvrable trailer solution compared to equivalent flat top.
In absence of carrying shelves, cross beams can be used between the beam to support the load.
Prism also uses Bolster System/Turn Table to reduce the turning radius of lengthy cargoes.The Telescopic Beams of various lengths is used for moving lengthy light weight cargoes.
Rollers and Jacking Systems are used for dragging the cargoes if required.

Barges
Prism Logistics Pvt. Ltd., offers barging solution for both Inland Waterways and Coastal Shipping, with numerous options such as ballast systems, pumps and anchors, all our barges are fully customizable. Tailor-made to meet our customers’ needs. Barges for Inland Waterways are Deck Loader Barges – 60 meters long and 15 meters wide. Barges for Coastal Movements are Self-propelled Barges – 50 meters long and 14 meters wide& 250 class Barges up to 75 meters long and 25 meters wide.
